Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
basic proficiency with electronic equipment used in retail environments

Job Duties

Create ’WOW’ moments that positively impact customers
assist customers with their orders for various Starbucks services
provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
respond to customer questions effectively and efficiently
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits
stock products and product displays following merchandising standards
