Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
Ability to carry out oral and written instructions
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Food handler certification preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year food service experience
Barista experience preferred
Ability to learn quickly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when needed

Job Duties

Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
Pack donuts and provide product information at the donut counter
Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
Maintain store safety and security
Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Handle cash and comply with store operating policies and standards
Work as part of a team and build relationships with coworkers and customers
