Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification
- Ability to build relationships and work well with team members
- Willingness to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Barista experience preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Availability for day and night shifts
Job Duties
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes or custom requests
- Pack donuts and supply product information at the donut counter
- Maintain cash handling and follow store safety and security policies
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards
- Work collaboratively as part of the team
