The role of Part-time Stand Manager at Legends Global offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the operational success of concession stands during events. This role is crucial in overseeing the daily functions within these stands, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining product availability, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Stand Manager, the candidate will be responsible for supervising concession workers, enforcing company policies including those related to alcohol regulations, and upholding food quality and presentation standards. The position demands a proactive individual who excels in fast-paced settings, possesses strong decision-making skills, and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. Employment for this role is part-time, providing flexibility and the chance to engage with lively event environments. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing the stand operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service to guests, and contributing to the overall success of events at Legends Global venues.

Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisor or management experience with Food & Beverage industry is a plus
  • Must have some prior knowledge in the food service industry
  • Must obtain and maintain an approved sanitation class that is required from state
  • Obtain SERV Safe training within 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods at a time
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

  • Able to supervise other employees
  • Sound decision maker and knows when to concur with management if needed
  • Clean professional appearance, and ability to adhere to uniform policy

Job Duties

  • Verify the beginning and ending inventory counts in concession stands
  • Assist with the training of any new concession workers
  • Keep track of ingoing and outgoing inventory
  • Ensure product is always stocked and available to guests
  • Help enforce all Legends Global Savor policies and procedures including alcohol policies
  • Monitor quality of food and presentation continuously
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Ensure that all paperwork is filled out properly
  • Other duties as assigned
