Job Requirements

  • no experience or diploma required
  • ability to stand for long periods including bending lifting reaching and stretching
  • able to lift 20 lbs or more
  • able to handle variable temperatures
  • availability to work days evenings holidays weekends and events
  • ability to follow instructions closely

Job Duties

  • follow the supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
  • set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • clean equipment properly according to correct procedures
  • keep the workstation clean organized sanitized and sufficiently stocked
  • follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • handle food safely maintaining sanitation standards
  • assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
