Job Requirements

- ability to stand for long periods including bending lifting reaching and stretching

- able to handle variable temperatures
- availability to work days evenings holidays weekends and events

Job Duties
- follow the supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
- set up and operate kitchen equipment
- clean equipment properly according to correct procedures
- keep the workstation clean organized sanitized and sufficiently stocked
- follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- handle food safely maintaining sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
