Benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for training and professional development. Eligible employees may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement for continued education or certification programs. This role is especially suited for candidates with at least one year of experience in back-of-the-house foodservice roles, including grill station experience preferred, and those who possess basic math skills and the ability to follow complex recipes and instructions.

Joining Delaware North Sportservice means becoming part of a global legacy dedicated to delivering great times in great places. Working at American Family Field allows team members to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of a major sports arena and gain valuable experience within a supportive company culture that fosters growth, respect, and opportunity.
