Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to mix paints and apply finishes
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions
- Physical ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Regular attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in spray painting or related field
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and paint mixing procedures
- Experience operating pneumatic paint tools and air/hand tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in measuring and counting products
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operational SOPs
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Operate spray-painting systems to apply paint finishes on door components
- Mix paints and other solutions according to technical procedures
- Monitor drying processes to ensure quality
- Prepare doors by cleaning and removing dust before painting
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint guns and booths
- Apply stains, varnishes, and clear coats to doors
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform housekeeping duties
