Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate security and access control systems
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb as needed
  • available to work flexible hours including weekends and possibly overtime
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be self-motivated and reliable
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • willingness to follow emergency protocols
  • able to maintain professional appearance and workplace cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • meet and greet residents
  • understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitor and operate electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintain parking logs
  • assist with general concierge services and perform administrative clerical work including Word and Excel documents
  • perform hourly parking checks on areas not accessible by camera
  • monitor and control access to the community
  • resolve and follow-up on complaints and issues, escalating to supervisor when necessary
  • submit work orders as needed
  • help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • keep the Welcome Center clean, including windows, floors, dusting, sweeping, and Swiffering
  • complete all required forms accurately
  • perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
