Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate security and access control systems
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb as needed
- available to work flexible hours including weekends and possibly overtime
- excellent communication skills
- must be self-motivated and reliable
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- willingness to follow emergency protocols
- able to maintain professional appearance and workplace cleanliness

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- meet and greet residents
- understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitor and operate electronic security control systems
- accurately maintain parking logs
- assist with general concierge services and perform administrative clerical work including Word and Excel documents
- perform hourly parking checks on areas not accessible by camera
- monitor and control access to the community
- resolve and follow-up on complaints and issues, escalating to supervisor when necessary
- submit work orders as needed
- help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
- keep the Welcome Center clean, including windows, floors, dusting, sweeping, and Swiffering
- complete all required forms accurately
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
