Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or community concierge preferred
  • ability to operate electronic security systems
  • capable of performing hourly parking checks and enforcing time restrictions
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • effective communication skills
  • physical ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand, sit for long periods, walk frequently, and climb occasionally
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • reliable and punctual
  • must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities
  • able to follow emergency response and access control procedures
  • must be able to complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • able to maintain professional appearance of Welcome Center

Job Duties

  • provides exceptional customer service
  • meets and greets residents
  • understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
  • monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • accurately maintains parking logs
  • assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work
  • performs hourly parking checks on areas not accessible by camera
  • monitors and controls access to the community
  • resolves and follows-up on complaints and issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • submits work orders as needed
  • helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • keeps Welcome Center clean, including windows and floors, dust, sweep, Swifer as needed to keep professional appearance
  • completes all required forms accurately
  • performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
