The position available is a Workplace Services Coordinator role focused on overseeing preventative maintenance programs and managing general office facilities to ensure a productive, comfortable, and safe work environment. This role demands a hands-on manager to handle office space management, coordinate moves, and maintain equipment such as HVAC systems, furniture, janitorial services, and pest control. The person in this role will act as a primary liaison with building management and vendors, ensuring maintenance requests are completed promptly and special projects are delivered efficiently. Additional responsibilities include serving as a safety coordinator by organizing evacuation drills and office safety protocols, supporting the Workplace Services Manager with annual budget planning, and generating reports that support department functions.
This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate setting. The Workplace Services Coordinator will also play a key role in implementing new team software and tools while collaborating with the sustainability team on environmental initiatives such as battery recycling and Earth Day activities. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication, and a firm commitment to professionalism and integrity are essential traits to succeed in this capacity. The position offers a salary range of $59,600 to $101,200 with eligibility for incentives and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Job Requirements

- Relevant degree preferred
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in facilities management or corporate maintenance
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Job Qualifications

- 2 or more years' experience working in facilities management or maintenance in a corporate setting required
- Organized self-starter with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to foster collaboration effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational, customer service and administrative skills
- Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Must have strong work ethic and a front office professional appearance
- Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for Building Management and ensure the completion of maintenance work order requests
- Act as project manager for special projects including planning and coordinating services and deliverables from multiple vendors, contractors, and Building Management
- Perform as a safety coordinator to support the safety and security manager by coordinating and executing safety and evacuation drills, and office closings
- Work closely with the Manager to assist with Workplace Services annual budget planning
- Generate standard reports to support department activities
- Provide general administrative support
- Lead implementation and ongoing support for new team software and resources
- Work with internal business partners to assign and complete Remedy Force tickets
- Work closely with the Sustainability team and their efforts on enterprise goals such as battery recycle program, earth day tasks, data collection
