Job Requirements

Two years of accounting experience required
restaurant accounting experience preferred
knowledge of general accounting skills
accurate cash handling skills
excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
M3 experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Balance revenue reports
count cashier/server deposits and make bank deposits
process invoices to be paid timely
ensure the general ledger is accurate for all restaurants
work closely with restaurant managers to provide financial guidance
prepare monthly financial statements for each restaurant to review with management
reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
reconcile gift certificate accounts for all hotels and restaurants
cross train with other positions on the accounting team
