Job Duties

Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify supporting departments meet guest needs
Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively
Follow company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards
Maintain professional personal appearance and communications
Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to safety protocols
Perform hands-on tasks involving moving, lifting, carrying, or pushing objects up to 50 pounds
