Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Eighteen months work experience in international transportation, freight forwarding or brokerage industry
- Knowledge of COSMOS, K2, EPOS, VISA, FAMIS, ECIS, ESRG, and strong PC software applications
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and procedures
- Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrent training
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and prioritizing skills
- Working knowledge of international shipping paperwork and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside within 50 miles radius of the work location
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create export shipping documents including AWB, Commercial Invoice, EEI filing, USMCA and request the Certification of Origin (COO)
- Communicate with customer, operations, sales, Regulatory and Legal to ensure proper and efficient documentation
- Educate customers on creating shipping documents within FedEx.com through web sharing
- Manage freight held in-bond per customers' request for broker-select clearance option
- Perform other duties as assigned
