Job Description
Pilot Company is a premier network of travel centers operating throughout North America with over 750 retail and fueling locations across 44 states in the U.S. and six Canadian provinces. Established in 1958 by Jim A. Haslam II and currently led by CEO Adam Wright, the company has grown steadily while maintaining its founding values and people-first culture. Boasting a workforce of more than 30,000 team members, Pilot Company excels in a diverse range of sectors including supply chain management, retail operations, logistics, transportation, technology, digital innovation, construction, maintenance, human resources, finance, sales, and marketing. The company's energy and logistics division is known as a top fuel supplier, operating one of the largest tanker fleets in the country and serving vital roles in some of the busiest oil basins of the nation. Pilot Company's commitment to serving its guests, team members, and affiliated trucking companies underscores its mission to keep North America moving and its focus on community involvement and giving back.
The role of Commercial Customer Service Representative at Pilot Company offers an engaging and dynamic opportunity to be part of this vast network. This position is primarily dedicated to providing excellent customer service to both customers and the sales team by facilitating fuel and oil orders and liaising closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and a customer-oriented mindset to handle inquiries, manage order entries, and coordinate with operations for optimal service delivery. Applicants should be comfortable handling calls, emails, and faxes, possess basic computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and ideally be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively serve a diverse client base. The Commercial Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and must be able to work during typical business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, although schedule variations may occur based on business needs. Starting pay ranges from $17.75 to $29.25 per hour, reflecting the value Pilot Company places on experience and expertise in this role. This position invites individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to a leading fuel supply company with a strong heritage and forward-looking approach to business and community.
