Job Requirements
- Master's degree
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization
- Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools
Job Duties
- Define the multi-year vision for the sales abuse prevention space
- Build and manage high-quality product roadmaps based on vision and strategy
- Work backwards to determine initial building blocks to achieve vision
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering partner teams to build out requirements
- Lead in-house engineering team to build and innovate solutions
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among speed to launch, performance, and features
- Gain support for strategy and roadmaps from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing leadership
- Create program metrics, track progress, and manage obstacles to achieve objectives
