The Sr. Patient Services Manager plays a critical role within the Food & Nutrition Department by supporting the Patient Services Operations. This individual is responsible for developing and executing strategic dining solutions tailored to meet patient and customer dietary needs and preferences. Job Duties

  • Participate in planning and executing consistent nutrition and patient communications and strategies
  • Create and manage a network of thought leaders to support nutrition issues and strategies
  • Manage and control resources and materials to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, and cost control within budgetary guidelines
  • Direct patient food service activities, complying with established standards including the patient feeding program and delivery of trays to patient units
  • Lead patient service managers, supervisors and staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered to patients
  • Own the 'Adopt a Floor' program and ensure rounding is conducted on patients/departments
  • Oversee the diet office and the service ambassador program
  • Record safety and sanitation compliance
