Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event planning, including significant experience with large-scale corporate meetings and incentive trips
- Proven track record of successful event management, including project management, negotiation skills, and budget oversight
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international events

Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of complex meetings, incentive trips, and special events, including all pre-event and post-event logistics
- Collaborate with internal clients, external vendors, and customers to design and manage event details, including venue selection, accommodations, food and beverage, audio-visual needs, and entertainment
- Provide expert advice on program design, objectives, financial management, and contingency planning
- Conduct contract negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and perform site inspections to ensure event success
- Develop event themes, activities, and schedules, and oversee the execution of domestic and international events
- Handle budget planning and event management and support related marketing projects
