Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of event planning experience including large-scale corporate meetings and incentive trips
  • proven event management skills including project management, negotiation, budget oversight
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, including significant experience with large-scale corporate meetings and incentive trips
  • proven track record of successful event management, including project management, negotiation skills, and budget oversight

  • exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international events

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex meetings, incentive trips, and special events, including all pre-event and post-event logistics
  • collaborate with internal clients, external vendors, and customers to design and manage event details, including venue selection, accommodations, food and beverage, audio-visual needs, and entertainment
  • provide expert advice on program design, objectives, financial management, and contingency planning
  • conduct contract negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and perform site inspections to ensure event success
  • develop event themes, activities, and schedules, and oversee the execution of domestic and international events
  • handle budget planning and event management and support related marketing projects
