Job Requirements

  • educational background relevant to marketing, event management, or related field preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of experience managing event networks
  • 3 to 5 years producing music or dance events
  • prior agency or brand marketing experience
  • strong understanding of live music venue operations
  • commitment to Red Bull's social mission
  • excellent planning and organizational skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in event management across different markets
  • 3 to 5 years experience producing music or dance events
  • 3 to 5 years of agency or direct brand marketing experience involving branded events
  • passion for innovating programming and supporting positive community change
  • comprehensive knowledge of event production, marketing, and logistics
  • proven project management and organizational skills
  • ability to implement innovative practices
  • strong communication skills
  • fluency in Spanish considered an advantage

Job Duties

  • support the regional team in executing internationally relevant event properties
  • collaborate with programming and booking partners to develop guidelines and tools for titled event execution
  • utilize established network to coordinate vendors and production teams
  • drive processes to define and evaluate success for titled events
  • act as branding expert to ensure consistent communication of Red Bull brand
  • lead cross-departmental alignment with sales teams for event coordination
  • oversee integration of branding throughout events
