Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance economics business or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in airline management planning finance or revenue analysis
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of airline strategic planning financial analysis and operations
- Experience with analytical techniques using software such as python sql r or similar
- Strong knowledge of excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong leadership skills with ability to engage team members direct reports and contractors
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with multiple vendors and partners
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Willing and able to travel as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and lead team that manages and coordinates all aspects of charter sales including quoting contracting booking and scheduling of charter flights and associated operations
- Explore and develop relationships with charter brokers and organizations to grow and optimize charter operations
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to analyze prioritize and implement opportunities
- Guide the development of strategies to increase profitability optimize fleet utilization and expand geographic scope
- Prepare and analyze reports on charter operations identifying areas for improvement and implementing new solutions
- Develop tracking and reporting for KPIs and present quarterly financial and operational reviews to senior management
- Review industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to drive sales and improve market approach
- Strategically expand or modify charter products and services to increase competitive positioning
- Develop and facilitate the annual budget financial forecasts and ensure budget goals are achieved
- Ensure all charter operations comply with DOT/FAA regulations
- Coordinate with pilots ground crew and maintenance teams for safe and efficient flight operations
- Assist in coordinating aircraft handling including FBO notification fuel catering hangar cleaning and other services
- Manage international operations including permits handling parking airport slots customs and overflights
- Work closely with Airports and Operations teams to implement service agreement performance metrics
- Promote and foster safety as a core company value
