Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in mainframe development
- Expert knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and other mainframe technologies
- Proficiency with DB2 Utilities (QMF and SPUFI)
- Strong knowledge of IBM Utilities such as IEBGENER, IDCAMS, ICETOOL, DEBUGGER (CICS and Batch), FILE MANAGER, SORT, Fault Analyzer
- Experience in software delivery components including requirements, design, development, and testing
- Experience with CHANGEMAN and CONTROL-M Scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with mainframe software development tools and platforms (z/OS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player

Job Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications
- Interface with business and IT teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements and application code
- Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure successful development and implementation of support and project requirements
- Develop and execute unit and integration test plans/scripts to ensure application changes meet technical specifications
- Work with the business team for acceptance testing and participate in integration testing
- Manage the full System Development Life Cycle
- Provide on-call production support as needed
