Known for its deep-rooted values of inclusivity and equal employment opportunity, Aramark fosters a work environment where every employee can thrive and contribute to the company’s success.

The Senior General Manager role at Aramark Facilities Management represents one of the most visible and high-impact leadership positions within the organization. This role focuses on leading custodial operations at NRG Park in Houston, Texas—one of the most active and high-profile event complexes in the United States. The complex spans 350 acres and includes landmark venues such as NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans), NRG Center, NRG Arena, and the historic NRG Astrodome. These venues host over 300 event days annually, ranging from NFL games and major concerts to large-scale conventions and marquee events like the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

The Senior General Manager is tasked with overseeing a dynamic custodial team consisting of nine managers and a flexible hourly workforce that can expand to 900 team members during peak event periods. This requires an experienced operator capable of managing complex, large-scale operations with unwavering focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The leadership responsibilities extend beyond operational management to include fostering strong client partnerships, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and developing a high-performing team culture.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a base salary ranging between $120,000 and $135,000, eligibility for bonuses, and relocation assistance. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in impactful operational leadership within a renowned venue complex, playing a critical role in delivering memorable event experiences on a large scale. As a senior leader, the incumbent will continuously assess and refine operational strategies to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence, positioning Aramark Facilities Management as the premier provider of facility services in high-profile event settings.
