Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, food service management, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience in healthcare or high-volume dining preferred
- ServSafe certification required
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in kitchen management software and Microsoft Office
- willingness to work a 5-day workweek with alternating weekends
- eligibility to relocate to Gainesville, FL
- ability to comply with sanitation, safety, and food handling standards
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or bachelors in food service management or hospitality preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, healthcare or high-volume dining a plus
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- experience with catering and special events
- knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls
- proficiency in microsoft office and kitchen management software
- servsafe certification required
