This role is for a supervisory position within the Sports and Entertainment division, focusing on managing designated accounts. The supervisor will provide direction and accountability to a team of Security Officers and Supervisors, guaranteeing adequate staffing and compliance with all client requirements. They will actively engage with clients, regularly visiting sites to maintain high standards of service, and attend event meetings as needed to coordinate effectively with client expectations. A key responsibility includes facilitating onsite training for new hires and continuous training for current staff, ensuring skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
The position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks and executing strategies that promote a safe, healthy, and secure workplace. Supervisors will be involved in developing post orders and best practices specific to each venue and client, resolving personnel issues, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, they will oversee staffing schedules, submit billing and payroll for processing, and provide post-event evaluations. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members, acting as a trusted resource and leader within the operational team.
Moreover, the supervisor will contribute to recruitment efforts by creating and maintaining an annual recruiting plan and conducting interviews. Managing multiple events, including 24/7 staffing at stadium events, is central to the position, requiring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The supervisor will also support other departments or offsite locations to meet the broader needs of the organization. Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Two years of progressively responsible security experience including supervision or equivalent experience required
- Five years of security experience preferred
- Three years of supervisory experience at a Sports and Entertainment account required
- Demonstrated knowledge of security operations and workplace health and safety issues
- Ability to work autonomously using sound judgment
- Ability to obtain FEMA Certification in 100b, 200b, 700a, 800b, 901 and IAVM Training Crowd Manager
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- Customer service orientation
- Prior training experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop post orders and best practices for each assigned position within a designated account
- Understand all Andy Frain Services policies and procedures and administer as needed
- Resolve personnel problems and guide counseling of Security Supervisors and Officers
- Proactively identify risks to employees and company assets
- Execute the creation, implementation, and maintenance of annual recruiting plan
- Responsible for orientation and training of Security Officers and other personnel
- Develop site training aids and manuals to document processes and services
