Sr. Event Manager

The Sr. Event Manager role is offered as a 6-plus months contract position with locations available in Bellevue, Washington (98006 preferred) or alternatively, Overland Park, Kansas.

The Sr. Event Manager position is integral to the marketing and communications team, tasked with overseeing the end-to-end event marketing process. This role encompasses strategic planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and the effective communication of both internal and external events. The primary objective of the position is to develop and execute events that align closely with the client’s brand, business goals, and communication strategies. As an experienced professional in event management, the Sr. Event Manager will work collaboratively across multiple departments, including marketing teams, agency partners, property management, and senior leadership to ensure event initiatives are impactful and deliver measurable results.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as the Sr. Event Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, leading agency partners, and preparing presentations for senior leadership. A critical part of the role includes establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of events and overseeing the event budget to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the Sr. Event Manager will manage multiple projects and duties assigned by business management, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
