Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum age of 21 years
- legal work authorization in the United States
- valid driver’s license
- experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred
- basic math proficiency
- fluent English communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- physical ability to perform duties including standing, lifting, reaching, and climbing
- adherence to safety protocols
- ability to maintain cleanliness and assist with inventory
- punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age or older
- legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
- valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred
- basic math skills
- proficient communication skills in English both oral and written
- ability to work various shifts and arrive on time
- capability to work with equipment, tools, and materials as required
- ability to perform essential duties under specified working conditions
Job Duties
- Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service
- assist customers at the gas pump when required
- accurately ring up all sales on POS system
- comply with all cash handling procedures
- manage all cash and other forms of tender including coupons
- comply with company policies and store procedures
- ensure adherence to all safety and environmental policies
- receive, stock and organize merchandise
- assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits
- participate in all safety programs and trainings
- attend mandatory job-related meetings and trainings
- perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out
- upkeep and clean equipment on the site
- identify and report equipment problems
- work cohesively as a positive team-player
- perform all duties with minimal supervision
- be flexible with working hours and other assigned duties
