As part of their commitment to excellence and live event experiences, the Milwaukee Bucks are currently seeking a Sr. Coordinator for Live Programming and Entertainment to join their dynamic team onsite in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time and non-exempt position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Live Programming and Entertainment and plays a crucial role in enhancing the game-day atmosphere and entertainment elements that captivate fans. The Sr. Coordinator will be responsible for managing the logistics and execution of all live show components during Bucks home games, including overseeing part-time and game-night staffing.

This role requires a goal-driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure while providing clear direction within a fast-paced and energetic environment. The Sr. Coordinator acts as a Game Night Lead Stage Manager for all pre-season, regular season, and playoff home games, ensuring seamless coordination of entertainment segments such as anthems, color guards, and halftime performances. Additional responsibilities include managing game day materials, supervising performance teams and coaches, coordinating the movement and inventory of game night props and giveaways, and maintaining storage spaces and vendor relations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in live entertainment programming or related production with at least two years of experience in stadium or arena settings. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for content creation are essential. This position demands availability for all Milwaukee Bucks home games and other special events, along with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe creative software, and experience with scheduling tools like ShoFlo are preferred.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of live entertainment programming and/or related production experience

  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing work hours and locations

Job Duties

  • Serve as a Game Night Lead Stage Manager for all home pre-season, regular season, and playoff games
  • Book, manage, and program anthems, color guards, and halftime entertainment under department leadership
  • Assist with all game day materials including formats, work schedules, and assignments
  • Manage and supervise performance team members and coaches as assigned
  • Contribute to department payroll processes utilizing ABI software
  • Create and maintain schedule for movement of game night props and giveaways
  • Lead coordination of all prop and giveaway movements to and from the arena for game nights
  • Manage inventory of game day props, prizes, and giveaways to ensure professional and entertaining segments
  • Oversee coordination and maintenance of all storage spaces including warehouses
  • Maintain point of contact with external vendors for props, signage, and giveaways
  • Contribute to programming and planning initiatives including rehearsals, equipment needs, staff hiring and assignments, script writing, format planning, and video/skit production
  • Supervise select entertainment teams
  • Create and distribute game day and rehearsal timelines
  • Organize logistics for entertainment elements such as tickets and parking via email or phone
  • Use reviews to drive continuous improvement including staff morale, team building, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to activate department objectives
