As a Senior Concierge at CBRE, located in San Diego, California, you will play a vital role within the Workplace Experience function, serving as the primary point of contact to guests, customers, and tenants entering a designated building. This full-time role involves delivering world-class customer service excellence by addressing business and personal needs such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and offering recommendations on local attractions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of preferred vendors, dining options, entertainment venues, and transportation services to ensure swift and accurate answers to inquiries. Your role includes administrative duties like recording, logging, and tracking service requests while supporting management as needed.

The Senior Concierge ensures a welcoming environment that encourages tenants and guests to refer their associates for personal and business engagements. Responsibilities extend to adhering strictly to the property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring the overall safety of everyone on the premises. You will be tasked with resolving moderate complexity problems by identifying effective solutions and supporting the larger team in meeting objectives through knowledge sharing and consensus building. Excellence in customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are crucial to thriving in this role. The compensation range for this position is $26.00 to $32.00 per hour, commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Understanding of relevant processes, procedures, systems, and concepts
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Record, log, and track service requests, providing administrative support to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date database of local business recommendations, including preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, and more
  • Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Address inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors, providing solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner
