The role of Senior Concierge at CBRE is a critical position within the Workplace Experience function, dedicated to providing world-class customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants of a designated building. This role entails being the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. As a Senior Concierge, you will assist guests with a broad range of business and personal needs such as making reservations, coordinating transportation services, and recommending local attractions and activities. Your responsibilities include logging service requests, managing administrative duties to support management, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
The Senior Concierge plays an essential role in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment, encouraging tenants and guests to refer personal and business associates to enhance the building's community. Maintaining an up-to-date database of local business recommendations such as dining, entertainment, and preferred transportation services is also part of the job. Adherence to property-specific security and emergency protocols is paramount to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. You will also address inquiries or complaints in a professional manner, resolve moderately complex problems, and support the concierge team in meeting collective objectives.
Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in customer service or hospitality. - Deliver exceptional customer service fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates
- Build and maintain an up-to-date database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources dining entertainment and more
- Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
- Address inquiries or complaints from clients co-workers and supervisors providing solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner
