Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word Excel Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to explain moderately complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of a range of processes procedures systems and concepts within the job function

Job Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Record log and track service requests providing administrative support to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational dining and business activities on behalf of requestors ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources dining entertainment and more
  • Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Address inquiries or complaints from clients co-workers and supervisors providing solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner
