Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- two years cashiering experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality business
- must obtain Texas Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
- availability to work 9am-5:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays
- ability to work varied shifts and venues as needed
- strong cash handling and customer service skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate Micros 3700 PC and POS systems
- knowledge of inventory management practices
- effective communication and supervisory skills

Job Duties
- Verify assigned bank and set up register
- perform cash handling transactions following guidelines
- check employee IDs and examine items to properly charge customers
- provide accurate register tally, receipts, and correct change
- prepare and verify daily sales totals and deposits
- offer excellent guest relations and customer service
- prepare and serve beverages and food items
- train new employees
- update and maintain POS systems and paper menus
- monitor cashier breaks and workstations
- replenish inventory and maintain sanitation
- place daily unit orders
- ensure safe and sanitary work areas
