Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • College degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
  • Strong analysis, data manipulation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview
  • Reliable, punctual attendance

  • Experience in Flight Training preferred
  • Advanced experience with SQL preferred
  • Experience with Educational data preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Manager, Pilot AQP Analytics with analyzing complex data sets
  • Create insightful visualizations
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Conduct mathematical modeling and in-depth data analysis using various statistical methods and tools
  • Ensure operational and quality performance of assigned projects
  • Execute and deliver standardized weekly and monthly reports to Flight Training stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with departmental and divisional stakeholders to ensure data analytics are timely, accurate, and effective
  • Present data and insights to various stakeholders within the flight training organization and other departments
  • Create and maintain data collection apps using low-code/no-code tools to supplement training data
