Job Requirements

associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
college degree in a quantitative discipline
2+ years of related experience
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
experience with SQL
familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI
legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
reliable, punctual attendance
successful completion of interview

Job Qualifications

prior experience in aviation industry and flight training preferred
proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools including Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint preferred
experience with educational data preferred

Job Duties

assist the Manager, Pilot AQP Analytics with analyzing complex data sets
create insightful visualizations
develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making
perform mathematical modeling and conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and tools
execute and deliver standardized weekly and monthly reports to flight training stakeholders and leadership
collaborate with departmental and divisional stakeholders to ensure data analytics are timely, accurate, and effective
create and maintain data collection apps using low-code/no-code tools
present data and insights to various stakeholders within the flight training organization and other departments
accomplish work according to priorities and timelines set by management and leadership
