Job Requirements

Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
2+ years related experience
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
experience with SQL
familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI
legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
reliable punctual attendance
successful interview completion

Job Qualifications

Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
college degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
2+ years of related experience
high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
strong analysis, data manipulation, and problem-solving skills
experience with SQL
familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI
must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
successful completion of interview required
reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties

Assist the Manager, Pilot AQP Analytics with analyzing complex data sets
create insightful visualizations
develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making
provide mathematical modeling and conduct in-depth data analysis using various statistical methods and tools
support the flight training organization
share responsibility for operational and quality performance of assigned projects
understand key flight training concepts and business drivers while working with minimal guidance
execute and deliver standardized weekly and monthly reports to Flight Training stakeholders and leadership
include visualizations, KPIs, and actionable recommendations in reports
data mining and analysis for ad hoc projects including exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and actionable recommendations
accomplish work according to priorities and timelines set by Manager, Pilot AQP Analytics and Flight Training Center leadership
collaborate with departmental and divisional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and effective data analytics
work with subject matter experts to present data and insights to stakeholders within flight training organization and other departments
create and maintain data collection apps using low-code/no-code tools to supplement training data
