With strategic locations in major financial centers such as New York, London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston, Baker Tilly offers its clients comprehensive services across the United States and internationally. The firm operates through two key entities: Baker Tilly US, LLP, a licensed independent CPA firm that provides attest services, and Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, which offers tax and business advisory services. Together, these entities deliver a broad array of professional services in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable laws and industry standards. Baker Tilly is also an independent member of Baker Tilly International, a worldwide network of accounting and business advisory firms spanning over 141 territories, with more than 43,000 professionals generating combined worldwide revenues of $5.2 billion. The company values diversity and inclusion, proudly operating as an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all qualified candidates regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other legally protected statuses. The firm emphasizes a collaborative work culture and provides flexible work location arrangements, including in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities depending on role requirements.
The Senior Administrative Business Partner role at Baker Tilly is a vital position designed to provide advanced administrative and operational support to senior leaders and firm principals. This position entails complex scheduling, stakeholder coordination, leadership communications, executive travel management, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. Depending on the assignment, the role may either be geographically aligned, supporting leaders onsite or in a hybrid of onsite and virtual settings, or operate under a centralized queue-based model supporting Senior Managers through Directors firm-wide in a virtual environment. This flexibility allows the Senior Administrative Business Partner to adapt to the unique needs of Baker Tilly leadership and facilitate efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars and travel itineraries, creating briefing packets and leader communication materials, coordinating leadership meetings and events, and supporting various client engagement and project coordination activities. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, superior interpersonal abilities, and a high degree of business acumen. The ideal candidate must be able to anticipate leadership needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This position comes with competitive compensation ranging from $26.00 to $49.10 per hour, influenced by experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers career growth opportunities within a globally recognized firm that values professional development and inclusive workplace culture.
