In addition to client and program management, the Sr Account Director will build and lead a high-performing motorsports team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture. Financial stewardship is critical, as they will manage budgets, reconciliations, and client reporting while optimizing agency resource allocation. Success in this role is measured by trusted advisor relationships with clients, consistent and flawless program delivery, a motivated team environment, recognition as a strategic leader, and tangible contributions to client business objectives and agency growth.

Candidates must have over ten years of experiential marketing and client services experience with deep knowledge of the motorsports landscape, including sponsorship management within NASCAR, INDYCAR, or IMSA. Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is the capacity to manage complex, high-visibility programs within tight timelines. The role requires willingness to travel up to 35%, including frequent event weekends and multi-day trips.
