Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hotel front desk experience required
  • ability to operate computer systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong problem solving abilities
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • charismatic attitude and spirit to serve
  • ability to operate a computer and learn the property management system
  • previous hotel front desk experience
  • previous Marriott experience is a plus
  • independent problem solving skills and sense of urgency
  • ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to remain calm during emotionally charged situations
  • good judgement and commitment to safety
  • ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • availability to work some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • aged 18 or older

Job Duties

  • handle guest registration and property management including confidential credit card information
  • sell amusement park tickets
  • solve guest related concerns using Marriott's guest recovery process
  • maintain property key control
  • stock the Market area
  • maintain an inviting lobby
  • respond to emergency situations by following hotel protocol
