Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to take initiative and maintain the company’s reputation and dedication to safety, service, courtesy, cleanliness, and integrity
- ability to learn POS system
- ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods
- ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test unless prohibited by law
- ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older unless prohibited by law
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- make drinks and pour beer and wine
- take care of corporate and leisure guests at the bar
- tap beer kegs and serve draft and bottled alcoholic beverages
- take orders and serve bar bites prepared by the cook
- monitor and manage alcohol sales consistent with NC Liquor Laws including checking identification
- carry beer kegs and cases
- keep bar, preparation, and assigned areas clean, orderly and well stocked
- balance shift reports and cash drawer and process credit card payments
- answer guest questions and provide information about the property and local area
- perform pre and post shift clean up
