Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of prior lawn care experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
- Have a clean criminal record
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
- Physically able to handle the workload of a Spray Technician
- Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
- Able to lift 60 pounds without assistance
- Proficient in English in oral and written forms
- Able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner daily
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Learn and understand all aspects of weed control as outlined in company SOPs
- Operate company equipment including trucks, backpack sprayers, hose reels, and spreaders
- Perform all daily preventative maintenance on company equipment
- Operate GPS locator system for client scheduling
- Meet or exceed company production standards for weed control work
- Ensure jobs are kept on schedule and within budget
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Identify and convert extras and up-sales into work orders when appropriate
- Process all work orders correctly
- Interface with office staff and maintain communication
- Maintain a clean crew truck at all times
- Complete necessary job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets accurately
- Interact with clients and potential clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Work with minimal supervision while knowing when to ask for assistance
