The role of a Caesars Sportsbook Server is integral to maintaining the high standards expected at Caesars Sportsbook locations. This position involves delivering and setting up food and beverage services to guests, ensuring that their orders are accurate, timely, and presented impeccably. The server will assist in preparing food service supplies, coordinate delivery schedules, and provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally and courteously with guests throughout their visit. This role demands physical endurance and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The server must also have a strong understanding of the wine and spirits menu to enhance guest interactions and service quality.
Candidates for this position must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least two years of food service experience. Obtaining a Bossier ABO Card and Responsible Vendor Certification is mandatory. Communication skills are essential, as is the ability to handle physical demands such as carrying trays weighing 20 to 35 pounds and maneuvering carts with weights up to 50 pounds. The server will often work in hot kitchen areas and must be able to tolerate these conditions while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
In addition to core serving responsibilities, the server will support bus persons, assist with special events, and perform side work such as organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age

- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of food service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally and courteously with guests
- Familiarity with wine and spirits menu, service, and knowledge
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to handle a 27-inch oval food server's tray weighing 20 to 35 pounds
- Ability to push and/or pull 40 to 50 pounds on wheels
- Professional and pleasant appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay attentive to details
Job Duties
- Ensures that all food items requested, and necessary supplies are obtained and delivered in a timely manner
- Coordinates the delivery schedules of amenities, and food and beverage orders to best accommodate the guests
- Provides direction and support to bus persons
- Facilitates the immediate accommodations of guest requests
- Follows all applicable safety precautions applicable to food service areas
- Treats guest with courtesy and respect
- Ensures that all items are presented in accordance with department guidelines
- Clocks guests check in and out
- Closes guest checks upon delivery
- Serve beverages to guests upon delivery
- Performs side work to include, but not limited to filling sugar bowls, salt/pepper shakers, folding napkins, and general organization of storage areas
- Complete service preparation functions as required
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Knowledgeable with upcoming events and related hospitality functions, bars, and deliveries
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a diverse environment
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Assists with special events as needed
