- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds

- willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Clean tables by removing soiled dishes silverware glassware and refuse and wiping tabletop and seats
- set up tables according to established standards
- greet guests seated in assigned station
- receive and fulfill refill drink orders from guests
- remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub in a timely manner
- transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area
- maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
- ensure smooth and timely flow of orders from kitchen to guest
- check dishes for accuracy and presentation
- assist in final dish preparation
- maintain fast service
- handle customer complaints
- uphold quality and sanitation standards
- complete side work as needed
