Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in recreation program coordination
- valid Maryland Class C Driver's License or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent organizational skills
- effective interpersonal and supervisory capabilities
- capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in recreation program coordination
- knowledge of field hockey and related sports programs
- ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple programs
- strong customer service and communication skills
- proficiency with program registration software such as Active.net
- experience in budget preparation and management
Job Duties
- Coordinate seasonal youth and adult field hockey programs and leagues
- supervise camps, tournaments, and lessons
- provide customer service regarding program inquiries
- manage permits and reservations with schools and county facilities
- prepare marketing materials and public communications
- recruit, train, schedule, and supervise part-time staff
- monitor program budgets and financial reports
