Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-service bartending experience
  • Valid OLCC permit
  • Valid food handler permit
  • Solid grasp of bar operations and best practices
  • Comfortable standing and lifting up to 150 lbs during long shifts
  • Familiarity with standard bar equipment such as carts, hand trucks, wine openers, and blenders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and proactive work ethic
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the Sports Pub and other restaurants as needed ensuring all service standards are met
  • Partner with the Bar Supervisor to create and refine beverage programs and seasonal cocktail menus
  • Support training efforts and foster a culture of performance and accountability
  • Ensure bar equipment is properly maintained and report technical or safety issues promptly
  • Keep bars, storage rooms, and coolers clean, orderly, and fully stocked
  • Submit supply requisitions, receive and store deliveries, and assist with monthly inventory
  • Support pour cost management through proper pouring techniques and adherence to standards
  • Help facilitate beer, wine, and spirits training for restaurant staff as needed
  • Assist Banquet and Catering teams during major Club events and holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned
