Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proven experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Capable of lifting heavy pots, pans, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a noisy, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual and professional demeanor
- Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers permit or Manager Food Safety Certificate

Job Duties
- Prepare hot menu items such as grilled items, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, and other cooked foods according to recipe specifications
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in food station setup and breakdown before and after events
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and cooking equipment
- Support inventory management by notifying supervisors of low stock levels
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards
- Respond quickly to the needs of the kitchen and service staff during high-volume periods
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety protocols
