Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
- Ability to work flexible schedules and multiple facility locations
- Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, and squat frequently during shifts
- Ability to handle challenging and emotional situations professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Strong customer service experience
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Demonstrated team building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Greet customers by name and provide excellent customer service
- Direct traffic to maintain organized flow and safety
- Work independently with a self-reliant attitude
- Promote positive customer relations and represent LAZ Parking positively
- Handle challenging and emotionally charged situations professionally
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and customers
