Job Description

LAZ Parking is a leading parking management company that specializes in providing exceptional parking services and solutions across a variety of venues including major sporting events, entertainment complexes, airports, and commercial locations. With a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency, LAZ Parking has established itself as a trusted partner in the industry. The company values its employees and promotes a supportive, team-oriented work environment where every team member plays a vital role in the company’s success.

Currently, LAZ Parking is seeking energetic and dependable Event Valet Attendants to join their team for large-scale sporting events in the area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the action during the sports season while earning competitive pay starting at $19 per hour plus great tips. The position provides a fun, high-energy work environment where employees are expected to deliver friendly and efficient valet services to customers. Multiple positions are available and the company encourages referrals, with a generous referral bonus program offering $250 for every successful referral. New hires receive a fast hiring process and have the chance to work in a dynamic team setting.

The primary responsibilities of the Event Valet Attendant include parking and retrieving vehicles with care and efficiency, greeting customers warmly and by name, and managing the flow of traffic in a friendly and professional manner. The valet attendant is often the first and last point of contact for customers, making customer service skills and a positive attitude essential. Employees must demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Attention to detail, good driving skills—including the ability to operate standard transmission vehicles—and the capability to work under pressure are critical for success in this role.

In addition to the rewarding nature of the job, attendants must be physically capable of handling the demands of the position which may include standing, walking, and running for extended periods, as well as working outdoors in various weather conditions such as heat, wind, rain, or snow. LAZ Parking supports inclusivity and provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and equity in the workplace and participates in E-Verify to ensure a lawful workforce. This non-exempt position requires flexibility with scheduling and the willingness to work at multiple locations.

Joining LAZ Parking as an Event Valet Attendant means becoming a part of a reputable and community-focused company, gaining valuable experience in customer service and the parking industry, and working in a role that is both socially engaging and physically active. Candidates who are reliable, personable, and capable of handling the responsibilities of high-volume event parking will find this position both rewarding and enjoyable. Overall, the role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to earn competitive wages, develop strong interpersonal skills, and contribute to a memorable customer experience at major sporting events.
