Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sponsorships or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in sponsorship marketing and event activation at property, agency, brand or hospitality industry
  • Experience in brand activation plan development, execution and measurement
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of contract development and administration
  • Financial analysis, budget management and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in presentation building tools such as Canvas and PowerPoint
  • Experience using sponsorship research platform SponsorUnited

Job Duties

  • Serve as the Pebble Beach Company fulfillment contact for all Brand Partners and Licensees
  • Manage and oversee each account, supporting each account's needs and requests
  • Set up itineraries, hotel, golf and dining reservations for clients during property visits
  • Coordinate event tickets and handle other requests as needed
  • Collaborate with VP of Sponsorships, clients and internal teams to develop impactful sponsor activations
  • Work cross-functionally to plan and fulfill partner activations ensuring brand alignment
  • Plan, coordinate and execute partner content shoots with creative teams and vendors
  • Assist VP of Sponsorships in new partner sales and renewals through research and industry data
  • Review and reconcile monthly partner budgets and in-house charges
  • Track spending and manage financial reporting
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-departmental teams ensuring alignment of partner goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
