Job Requirements

must have a health certificate as required by local state and federal health departments
must have a pre-employment and annual tuberculosis screening examination
must work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to follow company policies and procedures
must demonstrate physical capability to perform dietary duties

Job Qualifications

six months previous experience in dietary services preferable
knowledge of quality food preparation and food service
basic knowledge of food service and cleaning equipment
interest in learning and ability to cooperate
willingness to work under supervision
ability to physically carry out dietary related duties

Job Duties

prepare meals according to the approved menu and recipes
use proper food handling techniques
maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
operate food service and cleaning equipment
adhere to all company policies
work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
participate in on-the-job training and demonstrate ability to perform dietary duties
