The Bellevue Club's Food and Beverage division is currently seeking a reliable, dedicated, and hardworking Server to join the casual dining restaurant team at Splash. This role demands a professional and team-oriented individual capable of managing high-volume service efficiently while maintaining composure and professionalism in stressful situations. The ideal candidate will possess prior server experience and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities. This position is part-time with opportunities for growth within the establishment. The server will play a vital role in delivering prompt and friendly food and beverage services to members and guests, contributing to the overall exceptional dining experience that Bellevue Club is known for. Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant protocols are key components of the role. Job Requirements
- Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Washington State Liquor and Class 12 Mixologist Permit
- ability to work evenings and weekends and some holidays
- ability to perform the physical tasks required in full-service shifts

Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to members and guests
- perform all pre-meal side work
- maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu and effectively answer all questions from guests regarding the menu and daily specials
- make and serve alcoholic beverages
- effectively expedite orders from the kitchen to the guests' table
- present meal checks to guests and accurately process guest bills
- perform all closing side duties
- perform similar, job-related duties as assigned
