Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years prior food and beverage experience
  • 3 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent use of hands for handling and reaching
  • Occasional standing and tasting or smelling during duties
  • Commitment to maintaining health and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or bachelors degree in hospitality desired
  • Minimum 5 years prior food and beverage experience required
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to innovate beverage offerings and promotions

Job Duties

  • Supervise the daily operation of F&B outlets
  • Ensure all beverage operations comply with control policies and procedures
  • Estimate beverage consumption and requisition ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor and critique quality and consistency of beverage products
  • Innovate and create specialty cocktails for the menu
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to drive business and host local events
  • Handle guest feedback, problems, and complaints while exemplifying excellent customer service
  • Participate in budgeting and staff scheduling
  • Maintain cleanliness and health code standards
  • Complete monthly beverage inventory and monitor payroll and expenses
  • Conduct regular departmental and daily pre-shift meetings
