- Utilize traditional cooking techniques including clay pot cooking, steaming, and grilling
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Assist in menu development
- Ensure the authenticity and quality of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies
