  • Experience with traditional cooking methods such as clay pot cooking, steaming, and grilling

Job Duties

  • Prepare traditional Gilaki dishes such as Mirza Ghasemi, Baghala Ghatogh, Fesenjan, and smoked fish
  • Utilize traditional cooking techniques including clay pot cooking, steaming, and grilling
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Assist in menu development
  • Ensure the authenticity and quality of dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies
